生活作息規律的孩子會表現出更積極樂觀的心態,所以從現在起,請家長按照幼兒園的作息時間安排孩子的一日生活,早睡早起,每天按時午睡,多帶孩子參加戶外運動,為重返幼兒園后擁有良好的精神狀態奠定基礎。

保持孩子三餐規律、獨立進食的好習慣。開學前建議孩子在家吃一些清淡的食物,既可以保證身體活動的正常消耗,又有利于消化和吸收,防止上火。
